At Double D’s, we aim to get your gear in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. During high-demand periods (like merch drops), processing may take longer. We'll notify you if there are any major delays.
2. Pre-Orders
If you place a pre-order, please note that shipping will take longer than usual. These items are made to order, and fulfillment does not begin until after the pre-order window closes.
3. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are currently a flat fee with standard shipping.
5. International Orders
We currently only ship within the United States excluding Hawaii & Alaska.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
7. Wrong Orders
If you received the wrong item, please email us at maxx@doubleds.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item — we’ll make it right.
