2. Products and Sales
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time. All sales are final unless you receive the wrong item (see Section 4 below).
We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or order at our sole discretion.
3. Order Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and order details are correct before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to customer input errors.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maxx@doubleds.store with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We will correct the order at no additional cost if the error is ours.
5. Shipping Policy
We aim to fulfill orders promptly, but shipping timelines can vary due to supplier availability, order volume, and carrier performance. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on DoubleDs.store are the intellectual property of Double D’s / Dauntless Dads and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with CCPA and GDPR standards. We will never sell your data. Payment information is handled securely through our payment processor (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
